1. Developer and contact

ORELDIN is provided by Danfrie, s. r. o., company ID 57 910 642, Hontianske Tesáre 20, 962 68, Slovak Republic. For privacy questions, contact hello@danfrie.com.

2. Watch face data

ORELDIN displays the system-provided time and date locally on your Wear OS watch. Its current Watch Face Format implementation requires no registration and does not declare permissions for internet access, location, contacts, calendar reading, microphone, camera or health sensors. ORELDIN contains no first-party advertising or analytics SDK. The watch face itself does not collect, transfer or share personal data with DANFRIE servers.

3. Calendar shortcut

Tapping the date instructs the operating system to open your watch's calendar application, if available. ORELDIN does not read, copy or store your calendar entries. Your chosen calendar app is subject to its provider's privacy terms.

4. Platform services

Google Play, Wear OS and the device manufacturer may process download, purchase and diagnostic information independently under their own policies. Such processing is not performed by the ORELDIN watch face.

5. Support correspondence

If you contact DANFRIE by email, we process your email address and the information you provide to respond to your request and handle related follow-up. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be legitimate interests in providing support (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), steps relating to a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

Correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to deal with the request, any related dispute, or an applicable legal requirement. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention practices.

6. Website hosting

Visiting this page involves processing technical connection data by our hosting provider Websupport to deliver and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. See DANFRIE Privacy Notice.

7. Security

ORELDIN itself does not transmit personal data to DANFRIE. Support correspondence is handled using access-controlled email services.

8. Your rights

Where we process your personal data, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority, including the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection. Contact hello@danfrie.com.

9. Updates

We will update this policy if ORELDIN functionality or our processing activities change.
